Technology, trade secrets, customer lists, ideas, unannounced financial data, marketing and pricing strategies, and business plans are, among others, OSI's most valuable business assets. Every OSI employee must protect the confidential and proprietary nature of these assets.

 

Information Security

Information is vital to OSI's continuing success. All OSI employees share a responsibility to our customers, shareholders, and each other to protect information assets from unauthorized access, use, modification, destruction, theft, or disclosure.

 

Trade Regulations

OSI conducts business in accordance with trade laws and regulations in the U.S. and elsewhere around the world. OSI employees must never discuss or enter into any arrangement or understanding with a competitor regarding the pricing of products or any other activity which may have antitrust or anti-competition implications.
